About The Position

InvestorFlow is seeking a Solution Architect to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SA team focused on complex, enterprise accounts. This role, based in the New York metro area, requires a hands-on practitioner who can partner with Delivery teams, build SA infrastructure, support pre-sales efforts, and develop team processes. The Solution Architect will set architectural standards for InvestorFlow solutions, ensuring deep product expertise, technical judgment, industry knowledge, and a client-first approach. This critical role bridges Sales, Product, and Delivery, translating field insights into product feedback and championing quality throughout the client lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses technical depth, executive presence, and people leadership skills, comfortable engaging with both engineers and C-suite executives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B technology
  • At least 5 years operating as a Solution Architect with Salesforce
  • 3+ years leading SAs with direct people-management responsibility
  • Demonstrated track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a technical solutioning capacity
  • Experience operating in the NYC metro market and familiarity with key enterprise verticals
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and build credibility with both technical and business audiences
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • History of developing SA talent and building high-performance pre-sales cultures

Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce architecture standards, design principles, and reusable solution patterns.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the SA team.
  • Mentor and develop SA talent through structured reviews and critiques.
  • Establish performance expectations, technical certification standards, and competency frameworks.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and debriefs to coach SAs.
  • Engage personally on strategic and complex opportunities to model best practices.
  • Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Lead solution design sessions and produce high-quality architecture documentation.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
  • Define and collaborate on the architecture of InvestorFlow AI powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable and technically sound.
  • Serve as the primary Solution point of contact for key strategic accounts.
  • Drive solution delivery from pre-sales through implementation.
  • Facilitate Executive discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Proactively communicate solution progress, risks, and changes.
  • Partner with delivery and project management teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Define and own the pre-sales methodology for the SA team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and develop pursuit strategies.
  • Drive the technical win strategy for strategic pursuits.
  • Serve as a key influencer into the Product organization, synthesizing field feedback.
  • Develop and maintain deep, hands-on expertise across the InvestorFlow product suite.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs post-sale, including documentation and scope alignment.
  • Work with Engagement Management to ensure accurate scoping and achievable delivery commitments.
  • Own SA resource allocation, balancing pipeline coverage with team capacity.
  • Define and report on SA team KPIs.
  • Build scalable processes for SA activity tracking, opportunity documentation, and knowledge capture.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Clients and Delivery leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve pre-sales tooling, demo infrastructure, and content libraries.
