This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Charlotte, NC, Columbus, OH, or Hartford, CT) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Requirements

• Prior Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on Solution Architecture experience in an enterprise environment
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in API design, Event-driven architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and microservices architecture.
• AI Literacy: Practical understanding of the capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications of AI.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Business Insurance processes, risk analysis, and regulatory landscape.
• Leadership Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate solution recommendations and influence key stakeholders to lead solution design from concept to deployment.
• Innovation Mindset: Passion for emerging technologies and their application in real-world business challenges.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Cloud and AI certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience designing AI & Agentic Architectures is a plus.
