About The Position

We are building Metaprise, the Enterprise Agent Operating System, a unified platform where AI agents can be deployed, orchestrated, governed, and trusted at scale. Our platform, powered by AURA, serves highly regulated enterprises in banking, capital markets, healthcare, and insurance. We are seeking a Solution Architect to deeply understand customer challenges and architect solutions that address real enterprise problems, acting as a bridge between customer needs and future product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting, ideally with enterprise AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or highly regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance).
  • Experience leading complex technical discovery engagements and structuring conversations to surface real requirements.
  • Understanding of agent-based systems, orchestration patterns, and enterprise governance sufficient to engage credibly with technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • Ability to hold technically rigorous conversations with platform engineers and strategically compelling conversations with Chief Risk Officers.
  • Systems thinking approach to map customer landscapes, identify breakdowns, and design root-cause solutions.
  • Understanding of deploying AI agents in regulated environments, including audit trails, policy enforcement, identity frameworks, and compliance constraints.
  • Ability to produce artifacts that outlast the conversation, such as clear documentation, deployment architectures, and requirement specs.
  • Startup mindset: building process where it doesn't exist, proactive approach, and understanding the impact of created frameworks on future team operations.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose customer pain with rigor and depth, going beyond surface-level requirements to uncover friction points in governance, audit, agent identity, execution, and orchestration.
  • Translate diagnosed pain into product and business solutions by synthesizing customer feedback, identifying patterns, and designing solution architectures that map Metaprise capabilities to customer operational and compliance realities.
  • Lead technical discovery and pre-sales architecture, acting as the senior technical voice in enterprise sales conversations, shaping platform positioning, defining deployment architectures (Cloud, Hybrid, air-gapped), and assuring prospects of our understanding of their constraints.
  • Define requirements that drive the roadmap by bringing structured insight and prioritized, contextualized business cases from field observations to the product team.
  • Build the implementation blueprint for customers, designing deployment architectures including agent configuration, governance policy setup, orchestration patterns, and integration mapping, to ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Lay the foundation for a growing solutions function by building frameworks, identifying patterns, and establishing processes that will define how a broader Solutions team operates.
