About The Position

Showcase company products and solutions to potential customers. Support customer through all solution architecture stages, including proof-of-concept planning to evaluation. Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and target upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with sales team to simplify pre-sales process of demo, evaluation, and closure for customers. Evaluate customer needs and requirements to offer hyper-personalized product demos and to improve customer processes. Create feedback and review systems to identify and resolve customer issues and deliver solutions. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of the company product and its connected network technologies. Engage with product management team to design new requirements, product roadmaps, and enhancements. Work with the sales team to complete pre-sales processes of product demonstrations and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience with PKI and Machine Identity.
  • 5 years of experience with Load Balancing and Firewall Technologies, including F5, Palo Alto, and Cisco.
  • 5 years of experience with Certificate Life Cycle Management tools and Identity Access management tools, including, SSH, LDAP, and Okta.
  • 4 years of experience with Service and DevOps Automation tools, including ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform, and OpenShift.
  • 3 years of experience with Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes.
  • 3 years of experience with Micro services, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
