About The Position

As a Solution Architect on the Solution team, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for Architecture, Design and Deployment. You will run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments. You will build, lead, and federate cross-functional teams around pre-sales, POC and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts. You will provide technical leadership, leading the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions. You will drive Customer Success by leading, driving and managing engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets. You will engage with customers by understanding their overall business priorities and success measures, providing strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges. You will use your knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long term relationships and credibility with customers individually or at scale. You will act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
• Customer-centric at heart: every decision you make revolves around our customers and bettering their experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Great project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts process during discussion/ presentation.
• Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical discipline and to work within a virtual global team environment.
• Ability to travel based on the work you do, and the clients and you serve.
• Spanish and English speaker.
• BA/BS in related field: Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc.

• An experience in retail would be a plus.
