Responsibilities

Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in software engineering projects
Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to improve software solutions
Utilizing programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Kotlin to develop and test cutting-edge applications
Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
Overseeing the deployment of enterprise application architecture and integration solutions
Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality software products
Promoting the use of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and other methodologies to validate software quality
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address software development challenges
