Our connected products enable customers around the world to monitor, analyze, and maintain road infrastructure more efficiently and sustainably. We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing U.S. team in Detroit. This is more than a traditional customer-facing role; you'll combine customer engagement with technical product analysis and domain expertise, acting as the link between our customers and product teams. By turning customer insights into innovative solutions, you'll help shape the next generation of digital road infrastructure while becoming a go-to technical partner for our customers. Your role and team As a Solution Architect, you are the primary technical point of contact for our customers and are responsible for ensuring their long-term success with our connected product portfolio. You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design solutions that maximize the value of our platform, and act as a bridge between customer needs and product development. You will join a team of Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects, working closely with our developers, architects, product managers, and sales & business development teams. Together, we combine deep domain expertise with cross-functional collaboration to develop solutions that create real value for our customers. The role includes occasional travel to customer sites and industry events, primarily within North America, with some international travel.
