About The Position

We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Physical AI Data to join our team. This role involves translating customer requirements into robust technical solutions, designing end-to-end architectures for AI and robotics systems, and leading technical discussions with various engineering teams. You will be responsible for the entire solution lifecycle, from data collection and annotation to deployment and validation, ensuring technical feasibility and performance through prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts. Additionally, you will develop best practices, reference architectures, and technical playbooks to foster reusable solutions and drive technical leadership across Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Hardware Operations, and Business Development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, robotics, AI infrastructure, or related fields.
• Strong technical foundation in robotics, AI, computer vision, simulation, synthetic data, or autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Linux, with hands-on experience in prototyping, debugging, and system integration.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI labs, robotics companies, automotive OEMs, or industrial customers.
• Familiarity with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, NVIDIA Omniverse, ROS, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
• Experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales/post-sales technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, define solution architecture, and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Lead technical discussions with AI, robotics, and engineering teams to understand workflows and identify technical requirements.
• Design solutions covering data collection, annotation, simulation, synthetic data, evaluation, sim-to-real, and deployment.
• Build prototypes, pilots, demos, and PoCs to validate technical feasibility and performance.
• Drive solution delivery across the lifecycle and coordinate Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Hardware Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Develop reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and technical playbooks.
