As an AWS Solution Architect on our team, you’ll translate customer IT needs and future goals into actionable cloud architectures by crafting architecture diagrams, requirements, design specifications, and evaluation criteria. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a solutions architect or technical lead
  • 3+ years of experience in an architecture technical role
  • Experience designing or building microservices
  • Experience with client-facing situations, including presenting complex technical concepts and designs to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to drive consistency through a set of standard, actionable financial, project performance, and customer satisfaction metrics that clearly communicate overall progress or health and enhance decision making
  • Ability to provide financial oversight and governance of portfolios and projects by analyzing financial data, including project performance and resource utilization
  • Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and direct self-sufficient product teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications in Pega
  • Experience designing solutions on AWS, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS or ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Experience with AWS data platforms such as Redshift, EMR, Glue, Athena, or Databricks on AWS
  • Possession of excellent client facilitation and analytical skills
  • Ability to obtain an AWS Certification such as AWS Solutions Architect - Professional Certification, within 3 months of start date
