Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience translating mission requirements into technical architectures and leading design for complex implementations
  • 3+ years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Affairs, including passport services, visa processing, ACS, or crisis management operations
  • Knowledge of consular systems, such as 2DB, ABIS biometric verification, ACS case management, ACRS fee collection, or CA enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge of data integrations across CCD, TDIS, ACS, financial systems, identity management, and cross‑border verification systems
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
