Solution Architect, Lead
About The Position
As a lead solution architect on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting technical architectures and design approaches supporting project needs. Through your leadership as Technical Direction Plan (TDP) Lead, we’ll help transform the way your customer uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. As a technical leader, you’ll shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth. You will also mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience engineering, architecting, or integrating complex systems for federal, DoD, or large‑scale technical programs
- 5+ years of experience leading solution design, architecture development, technical implementation planning, or security‑informed system design for high‑complexity environments
- Experience directing architecture activities across multi‑site or multi‑stakeholder project operations, ensuring alignment with mission priorities, scalability targets, and enterprise security frameworks such as PWS C.5.2, C.5.5, L.6.1.1, and M.7.3
- Secret clearance
- Master’s degree
