About The Position

Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting/visualization layers. Produce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and solution roadmaps that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner with project managers and engagement leads by serving as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle. Guide and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure solutions are built to the architected design and to firm quality standards. Contribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture standards that improve delivery speed and consistency across engagements. Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses. Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and day-to-day performance management, while mentoring them on architecture best practices and client delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers
  • Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses.
  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar)
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
