Solutions Architect Lead We seek a Growth-focused Solutions Architect Lead to accelerate the strategic, technical, and financial expansion of the Two Six Secure Platforms team. The Lead will help win new business in customer spaces like DoW and the IC (through both prime and strategic subcontractor positions), maintain close relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and run end-to-end proposal and capture processes. The Lead will dedicate some time to the oversight of a core technical program to ensure deep client intimacy, act as a COTR liaison, and ensure mission success. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Trusted Electronics and Effects and will require you to be onsite daily. Only candidates with appropriate active clearance level can be considered for this role.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience (with at least 8+ years focused on DoD/Intelligence Community customers), demonstrating steady career growth and impactful leadership within a complex, product- and software-focused business ecosystem.
  • 5+ years of proven track record finding and winning business within the Department of Warfare (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) customer spaces.
  • Demonstrated success building strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior client staff (e.g., C1, DIA/TK, DNI).
  • Demonstrated direct oversight of programs at least $50M in revenue annually.
  • Proven examples of process improvement, financial acumen and significant new business wins within DoW and IC customers.
  • A growth and execution-focused mindset.
  • A strategic leader to take a high-level strategy, turn it into an actionable operational roadmap, and help rally a team to deliver.
  • Client-facing role requiring outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities within the Department of Warfare (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
  • Build strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior client staff.
  • Drive the execution of the sector's go-to-market strategies, ensuring growth activities align with annual business plans and spend targets.
  • Position relationships and secure new work through both prime contract and strategic subcontractor arrangements.
  • Lead full lifecycle proposal responses (RFIs, RFPs, Market Surveys) and present capture milestone reviews to corporate leadership.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline capable of driving ~20% year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Partner with TST engineering teams and build Federal CSP solutions including AWS, Oracle, Microsoft, Google.
  • Hone deep strategic relationships with CSP marketplace providers.
  • Work with TST engineers to codify technical innovations across the Secure Platforms teams.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into compelling sales and proposal narratives.
  • Package TST technical innovations and methodologies into bid narratives and collaborate with technical experts to ensure solid, trusted technical plans for major competitive bids.
  • Direct Program Oversight including managing programmatics, schedules, execution, and delivery teams on core technical contracts.
  • Flawless contract execution and high customer satisfaction (CSAT's).
  • Act as the primary contact for COTR's and government stakeholders.
  • Establish repeatable operational processes and controls that build/maintain program controls and execution quality.
  • Maintain and effectively track the pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Manage indirect and program budgets and financial metrics, with strict discipline around Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) tracking.
  • Provide thought leadership to customers and stakeholders within the DOW/IC community.
  • Recruit, mentor, and build a leadership team to scale departmental operations and support proposal demands.
