The Solution Architect for HR and Corporate Staff Applications establishes and enforces architectural standards and best practices across the portfolio for HR and Corporate Staff Functions. The architect is responsible for designing comprehensive technology architectures that enable digital capabilities in support of the company’s digital strategy. This includes developing and maintaining reference architectures, guiding the creation of architectural artifacts, executing risk assessments and applying enterprise standards, design patterns, decision frameworks, principles, and governance to ensure consistency and quality across solutions.
