About The Position

As a Solution Architect - CSC TechOps within the Dell Customer Solution Centers (CSC), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ confidence in the proposed solutions and architectures. Our Mission is to be a trusted advisor to our customers/partners. To develop, retain and win business for Dell Technologies. This role will be part of our CSC TechOps (Technical Operations) has responsibilities for supporting our Global Labs infrastructure and developing solutions to accelerate our abilities to deploy, maintain, secure and evolve our capabilities to showcase/validate desired customer outcomes. Requirements

Experience of Linux and Windows system administration
Experience of working with Hypervisors
Experience of working with Server and Storage solutions
Self-motivation, problem solver, team player with a customer first focus
Striving for professional development and open to learning new technologies/products

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Active Directory/DNS
Knowledge of Scripting - PowerShell/PowerCLI

Responsibilities

Apply your architectural and implementation level knowledge/expertise across a broad range of technologies.
Work as part of a dynamic team of Dell professionals, establish technical best practices and act as a technical mentor to others
Architect, Implement and support Server/Storage/Networking/Security solutions in our labs
Expand and develop our technical offerings/services within the Customer Solution Centers
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure seamless solution integration and deliver exceptional end‑to‑end technical experiences.
