About The Position
Experienced Equipment Operator Gilchrist County Solid Waste & Recycling is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good customer service skills
- Florida Class B CDL license (copy must be submitted with application)

- Operate heavy equipment to support County operations
- Transport waste and serve as an attendant at recycling sites
