About The Position

Solicitors at the PDS operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, offering representation at police stations, conducting advocacy in Magistrates' Courts, and handling litigation and advocacy in Crown Courts.

Requirements

  • Provide evidence that you are a Solicitor, Barrister or CFilex fully qualified to practice in England and Wales
  • Demonstrate experience via CV or Work History, Statement of Suitability
  • Ability to meet the minimum selection criteria for guaranteed interview schemes (Disability Confident, Great Place to Work for Veterans, Redeployment Interview Scheme)
  • Meet Civil Service Nationality Rules
