About The Position

Will perform a variety of tasks involved in the assembly of electrical and mechanical force transducers, including soldering using fine gauge solid wire with the use of magnification devices including microscopes. The candidate will maintain a high degree of quality while following set procedures and detailed drawings. Must work individually and as a team as required to achieve production volumes.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Must be able to read schematics
Must be able to read and write English

Nice To Haves

1-3 year soldering experience
Microscope experience desirable

Responsibilities

Prepare fine wires (cutting to length and tinning ends)
Fine wire soldering skills
Work with cleaning agents to remove residue flux
Able to operate various small hand tools
Review travelers for completion
