LSI ADL is looking for a hand solderer to add to our team at our Columbus, Ohio location. LSI ADL Technology is an Electronics Manufacturing Services company based in Columbus, Ohio producing Circuit Board Assemblies, Box Build and Cable Assemblies in the Industrial OEM and Lighting markets. We services customers in the Columbus, OH region. Our production work ranges from running Surface Mount Technology Lines, Wave Solder Machines, Potting Machines and Wire Processing equipment in addition to Soldering, Manual Assembly, Conformal Coating & Testing of products. We also incorporate an Inventory Control team responsible for Receiving, Shipping & Materials management throughout the facility. LSI ADL is looking for energetic and outgoing individual to join our Cable team as a Solderer. With this role the employee is responsible for hand soldering wires to printed circuit boards to meet IPC specifications and assure quality standards and meet customer demands. Assemble products until they are complete to acceptance test procedures and routing operations. We will provide training.

• Ability to perform mechanical assembly, crimping and cleaning wires
• Ability to use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products
• Ability to complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers
• Ability to learn and practice standard operating procedures
• Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion

Responsibilities

• Use hand soldering techniques on wire, cable, and board assemblies to standard.
• Perform mechanical assembly, crimping and cleaning wires.
• Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products.
• Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations.
