About The Position

Vishay Tansitor is seeking a Solder Dip Operator/FGS to support the efficient operation of Solder Dip and Finished Goods on first shift at its manufacturing location in Bennington, Vermont. The role applies a new, smooth solder coating to the wire leads of completed capacitors to meet solderability requirements, using the Unity Design Machine and hand solder pots. The operator also performs daily testing and solder analysis and records critical data on lot traveler tickets.

The position may involve occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals below limits established by current government standards. Employees must follow company quality and safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment. This position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable federal regulations.
