We are searching for only a couple more Solar Technicians to join our team. If you desire to help us make the world a greener and more self-sustainable place, join our team as a Solar Technician. Requirements
- Able to arrive on time
- A sound understanding of safety guidelines
- Decision-making skills, especially when under pressure
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Capacity to provide and follow directions
Responsibilities
- Prep-work necessary before starting the day
- Manual Labor ( Must be able to bend and lift)
- Ability to learn solar construction requirements of the solar project
- Electrical Terminations
Benefits
- Overtime is offered after 40 hours at a time and a half
- Per diem every day worked if traveling to project
