About The Position

Responsible for safely and efficiently performing Civil/Electrical duties at the project site. This includes following safety and security procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and properly using materials and equipment. The role involves assisting operators with pile driving for solar arrays, measuring and spotting equipment, reviewing project plans to ensure adherence to design, and communicating job information. The Solar Skilled Laborer must operate all equipment safely and maintain tools and equipment through regular checks and cleaning.

Requirements

Must be able to provide a resume.
Must have experience with pile driving (recent rigging/groundsman experience).
Valid Driver’s License.
The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception.
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Minimum age 18.
Provide personal transportation to and from the job site.
Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization.
Must pass 10 panel drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices.
Maintain tools and equipment; perform safety checks.
Clean equipment as required.
