Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Experience in direct or commission-based sales is preferred.
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. (If not possessed, hired initially as a Sales Scheduler with transition upon obtaining the license).

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales in a residential area (Own your territory).
Connect with homeowners by knocking on doors, networking, and following up on referrals.
Track sales activities and monitor performance to hit goals.
Present solar solutions to homeowners, explain financing options, and guide customers through the sales process (Close the deal).
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.
Attend weekly training meetings to enhance skills, increase earnings, and pursue career growth opportunities.
