Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. If a candidate is selected but does not yet possess this license, they will be hired initially as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage and capped at 35 hours/week). Upon successfully obtaining the HIS license, the employee will transition into the Solar Sales Direct Seller role, which is 100% commission-based.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Connect with homeowners by knocking on doors, networking, and following up on referrals.
• Track sales activities and monitor performance to hit goals.
• Present solar solutions to homeowners, explain financing options, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.
• Attend weekly training meetings to enhance skills, increase earnings, and pursue career growth opportunities.
