Our mission is to help homeowners across New York transition to clean, affordable energy through customized solar solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants who are confident in generating leads, educating homeowners, and closing deals. This is a full-cycle sales role where representatives manage the process from prospecting through installation. This is a full-time W2 position with guaranteed weekly base pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and a clear path for growth within the company. We are looking for driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment, work well independently, and want to build a long-term career in the solar industry. Top performers earn $150,000–$160,000+ annually.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of solar sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through direct outreach and networking
  • Conduct solar consultations and educate homeowners on available solutions
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
