About The Position
Momentum Solar, founded in 2009, is one of the fastest-growing companies in renewable energy. We're owner-operated, handle every step in-house from design through installation, and are expanding into new markets in 2026. We are seeking driven, people-focused professionals, including experienced closers, to join our team as Solar Consultants. No prior solar or sales experience required. We provide structured, high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop top-performing consultants. What we're looking for is the right skills, mindset, and work ethic. Car and driver's license required. Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through the process of understanding and purchasing solar. There is no door knocking, cold calling or prospecting. Every appointment is set, confirmed, and scheduled for you. We invest around $1,000 per appointment to put you in front of qualified homeowners. That's our commitment to your success. Consultants attend 8–10 appointments per week, supported by our industry-leading 70% sit rate.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners
- Clearly explain solar and battery storage options, pricing, and benefits
- Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty
- Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
