Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Solar Panel Laborers for projects located in the Reading, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Bolt solar panel sections together as part of the pre-assembly process
Place assembled panels onto stands
Move and organize materials as needed
Repeat the same assembly process throughout the shift in a continuous workflow

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Comfortable lifting and moving materials
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
• Fall Protection / OSHA certification preferred
