About The Position

Venture Home is expanding and seeking hardworking individuals for their installation team. This role is for an experienced installer who thrives on the roof and is comfortable working at heights. The position involves installing racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, handling the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array, and assisting with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of an Electrician. The ideal candidate will have previous solar installation experience and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements

Previous Solar Installation experience
Comfort with heights/roof work
A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs)
Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude
A valid, clean driver’s license
A commitment to 40+ hour weeks

Responsibilities

Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
