As a vital member of our installation crew, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panel systems for residential and commercial clients, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Requirements

Previous experience in solar installation or related construction/electrical work preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety standards
Physical ability to work at heights, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to job sites and work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

Install solar panels, mounting systems, and electrical components according to project specifications
Perform site assessments to determine optimal solar system placement
Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and safety regulations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company and industry safety standards
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing solar systems as required
Document installation activities and maintain accurate records
