Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods
• Experience or interest in construction or mechanical work
• The ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude on job sites
• Familiarity with tools, ladders, and safety procedures
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

• Installing solar panels on residential rooftops
• Reading blueprints and site plans to guide your work
• Assembling and wiring systems, including batteries and accessories
• Troubleshooting and performing system maintenance
• Ensuring OSHA safety practices at all times
• Preparing, cleaning, and organizing the job site
• Loading and managing tools and equipment
• Staying up-to-date through ongoing training
