Solar Field Engineer
About The Position
B.H. Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Engineer to join their team at the Milford, UT site. This role is crucial for supporting a major utility-scale Solar Construction project. The Field Engineer will be responsible for documentation and coordination, contributing directly to the project's success in a challenging, site-based environment. The position offers a competitive pay of $24-$36 per hour, with site-specific per diem paid weekly. Relocation costs are not covered. The role requires the individual to be located at the rural job site throughout the week, working a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 50-60 hours per week.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED is required.
- Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
- Must be able to work at the rural job site throughout the week.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent preferred.
- Prior recent experience in a similar construction role is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle Primavera, scheduling, and estimating experience is preferred.
