About The Position

Brda Electric is seeking an experienced Solar Divisional Manager to lead and take ownership of the operational, financial, technical, and leadership performance of its established Solar Division. This role goes beyond typical project management, focusing on the complete lifecycle of solar operations, from planning and design through installation, commissioning, closeout, and final payment. The ideal candidate will drive disciplined performance in gross margin, labor efficiency, production capacity, execution quality, and team development. The company, founded in 1989, is a St. Louis-area electrical company with diverse operations including residential, commercial, solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure, and emerging energy technologies. The Solar Division executes complex, turnkey energy projects.

Responsibilities
