About The Position

Momentum Solar, a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Solar Consultants. The company emphasizes that prior solar or sales experience is not required, as they provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, coachability, and self-accountability, along with a strong work ethic. Solar Consultants will meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to explain solar options, pricing, and benefits, guiding them through the purchasing process. The company provides all appointments, eliminating the need for door knocking, cold calling, or prospecting. Consultants typically attend 8-10 appointments per week, with a high sit rate supported by the company's investment in each appointment.
