About The Position

This is not an entry-level position and does not require prior solar or sales experience. The role carries significant responsibility and high income potential, with structured training and coaching provided for individuals with the right skills, mindset, and work ethic. Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments to guide them through understanding and purchasing solar, requiring professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Requirements
- Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
- Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
- Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
- Must be coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, or performance-based roles
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Success in people-facing or performance-driven roles is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set appointments with homeowners
- Clearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefits
- Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty
- Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
