About The Position

This role is responsible for the correct sorting of linen that has been placed on a moving conveyor belt. The Soil Sorter will pick up soil linen and place it in the corresponding sling/cart, following standard operating procedures and meeting quality and production standards. This is a 2nd shift position.

Requirements

• Be on time.
• Have excellent attendance.
• Meet established production standards.
• Follow all company safety rules.
• Be able to work well with a diverse workforce.
• Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude.
• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to sort linen.
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting and pulling.

• Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise.
