About The Position
The Department of Ecosystem Science and Management is seeking a soil lab assistant who will gain field experience in sampling and describing soils in forest, agricultural and wetland areas; conducting some laboratory work like particle size analysis and pH measurements, data entry; and maintenance of field equipment.
Requirements
- Must be a current Penn State employee (faculty, staff, technical service, or student) or a current Penn State student not previously employed by the university.
- Must complete the internal application process through Workday.
- Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
