About The Position

Parsons is expanding its Software Engineering team to support mission-critical cybersecurity work. The role is part of the local Analytics & Engineering team and contributes to cybersecurity capabilities in a collaborative environment focused on technical excellence, defensive cyber operations, knowledge sharing, and continued learning. The team offers opportunities for technical talks, training, social events, and hands-on innovation activities at the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Lab in Columbia, Maryland. The developer builds and maintains websites, templates, and supporting tools, and provides development support to the customer's technical cluster. This position is part of Parsons' Federal Solutions segment, which supports U.S. government missions in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental services. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5–9 years of experience, with proficiency in at least one front-end technology such as React or Angular.
Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative technical environment.
IAT II certification.
