About The Position

We are seeking a Software Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our software products through the development of web applications and websites that support REDCOM’s new vertical product capability. Requirements

Development of websites and web applications as well as maintaining existing code.
Front-end and back-end development, including seamless integration of front- to back-end functionality.
Model-View Controller (MVC) and modern web frameworks.
PHP expertise
Effective use of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
Development of APIs (REST/JSON)
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the software development field
BS or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one (sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, manage, maintain and support REDCOM software products
Works individually or within a team to implement specific features and resolve customer issues
Acquire an expert level understanding of technologies and protocols relevant to REDCOM products
Complete special projects and perform other duties as necessary.
