About The Position

Supports software and web development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration. Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies. Designs, creates, tests and maintains software and web based applications and content solutions. Designs and develops visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation. Develops and maintains software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades. Provides software process management and configuration management throughout the software/web development lifecycle. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Current TS/SCI security clearance with the willingness and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph
Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field (Related work experience considered instead of degree)
Minimum of six (6) years related technical experience in Web Design or Software and experience with large-scale enterprise/global networks in a highly diverse environment
Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance
Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents and present oral presentations to senior/executive management
Proficient in MS Office suite – Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Understanding and experience with the DoD Architecture Framework and other key DoD network architecture and strategic planning instructions.
Ability to work individually, actively participate on integrated teams, and lead a task, project or team.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Must be a US Citizen
