Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
System Requirements Analysis & Tools (e.g. Doors)
Communication Protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet)
good communication skills as this person is in daily customer contact
well presenting themself as soft skill
Autonomy & Problem solving
good English level in writing and oral (at least B2)
practical experience working as intern or working student

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform vehicle software updates including OTA and service-level software deployments.
Analyze vehicle electrical, networking, and software-related concerns.
Review CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and vehicle communication logs.
Coordinate software implementation activities across multiple regions and organizations.
Creating reports on SW-updates and fleet coverage
Provide weekly operational status reports and executive summaries.
Support launch activities and vehicle readiness reviews.
Drive issue resolution to closure and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
