About The Position

Testlio, a global software testing company, is seeking testers based in the USA for a one-time on-site test at an airport. This opportunity involves testing a globally known ride-sharing app. Testers will evaluate how well the app guides users from public areas, outside security, to ride-share pickup points. The task involves walking through arrival routes, recording the screen, and providing screenshots and pictures of the airport. After completion, recordings need to be submitted along with a survey.

Requirements

Must be located in the USA and within a 2-hour drive of one of the target airports (Jacksonville, FL; Charleston, SC; Omaha, NE; Cleveland, OH; Providence, RI; Ontario, CA; Long Beach, CA; San Francisco, CA; Hartford, CT; Milwaukee, WI).
Must have an iOS or Android mobile device.
Must be available as soon as possible for a one-day task.
Must be willing to keep the entire day open for flexibility (8-10 hours commitment).

Responsibilities

Walk from the security exit to the Uber pickup location using in-app map navigation.
Record the screen during the navigation process.
Provide screenshots and pictures of the airport.
Submit recordings and answer a survey after completing the task.
