About The Position

Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for software packages. Applying testing methodologies to validate functionality, performance, and security of software packages. Conducting rigorous testing across multiple environments to support release cycles and ensure system stability. Utilizing test automation tools and frameworks to streamline regression and functional testing. Tracking, documenting, and reporting defects using industry-standard defect tracking systems. Collaborating with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues. Providing surge support to aid in development efforts when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance and test reporting
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with defect tracking systems such as Jira
• Strong understanding and experience with Java and Python languages
• Ability to work in a secure, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Active Secret Clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility
• U.S. CITIZENSHIP

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Experience in testing DoD or federal government platforms
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Eight or more years of experience preferred
