About The Position
Seeking a QA/Test Lead to define and drive the overall quality assurance strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role leads testing across the SDLC, establishes QA standards, and collaborates with development, product, and business teams. Experience building a QA program (standards, templates, best practices) is required.
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA/testing; 3+ years in QA/Test Lead role
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall
- Experience with test management & automation tools
- Hands-on UAT experience with business stakeholders
- Experience in clinical healthcare environments

Responsibilities
- Own QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting

- Establish QA standards, governance, and best practices
