We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with experience in ensuring the quality of both front-end and back-end components in production systems. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and executing tests to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of professional experience in software development and testing.
Proven expertise in testing both front-end and back-end components in production systems.
Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans for front-end and back-end systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test cases.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues to resolution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
Perform regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
Review and analyze system specifications and code to identify potential quality issues.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient build and deployment processes.
Test RESTful APIs and validate data across relational and NoSQL databases.
