As a Software Test Engineer on our team, you’ll collaborate with developers, requirements analysts, and government stakeholders to validate software for your client. You’ll create test strategies and detailed procedures, trace requirements to verification methods, and execute tests that span functional, integration, regression, performance, and mission‑relevant evaluation. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience performing software testing, systems validation, or verification activities
  • Experience analyzing and comprehending software requirements, and defining test methods
  • Experience developing test plans, test cases, and detailed test procedures
  • Experience conducting functional, integration, regression, or performance testing
  • Experience communicating findings to development teams
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and government test organizations
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL scripting
  • Experience with human resources IT systems
  • Experience with automation and API tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or Cypress
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and Continuous Integration or Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
