About The Position

We are Hiring! Join the Division of Infrastructure Operations (DIO) Enterprise Services Team as a Software Test Coordinator! This role involves coordinating and executing software testing for operating system updates, software updates, application updates, and security updates. The coordinator will plan and execute testing activities with customers and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all testing-related questions and issues. This position facilitates communication between technical teams and customers, tracks testing progress to ensure timely completion, and verifies that software changes meet customer requirements and quality standards. The role also involves identifying, documenting, and communicating testing results, issues, and risks to support successful software deployments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years with a HS Diploma/equivalent
Demonstrate experience testing, validating and troubleshooting software packages and applications in an enterprise environment.
Experience in creating test plans, test cases and test documentation to track test activities, testing dates and deployment info.
Tier 2/3 technical experience with Windows Workstation Operating Systems.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence in Software Test Coordinator role.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Interact with engineering and application groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
Work with Production Coordinator with release and remediate any possible Production deployment issues.
