We are looking for a skilled Software Technical Expert to lead transformation on the OfficeTrack platform. This role blends system design, integrations, automation, and change management to optimize enterprise-scale field service operations. Requirements
- Experience with OfficeTrack or similar field service/workforce management platforms
- Strong background in dispatch, field operations, and workforce management systems
- Expertise in enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and process optimization
- Knowledge of change management, testing strategies, and system governance
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Design the OfficeTrack golden configuration with measurable acceptance criteria
- Build phased rollout plan with change management (pilot expand scale)
- Define role-based permissions & guardrails to minimize manual workarounds
- Identify UI pain points, automation & AI opportunities across dispatch/field ops
- Enhance integrations with enterprise systems (Amdocs, UKG, etc.)
- Execute test plans in production-like environments
- Maintain a continuous improvement backlog
