About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Software Systems Engineer Level 3 for an onsite position in Northridge, CA. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and follows a 9x80 A work schedule. The engineer will translate system and subsystem software requirements into software-level requirements, develop software architecture models using Cameo Enterprise Architect, and support software integration, verification, validation, and testing activities. Collaboration with Systems and Software Engineers throughout the development lifecycle is key. The role also involves developing use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and software test documentation, as well as supporting system, software, and hardware integration to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS and CAMEO.
• Experience with embedded software and ability to read and verify code against software requirements.
• Experience with system, subsystem, software, and hardware integration, testing, and verification.
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (adjudicated within the last 5 years).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with aerospace and defense technologies (sensors, navigation, controls, propulsion, structures, platforms).
• Knowledge of military mission areas (Air, Land, Sea, Space, or Cyber).
• Experience assessing legacy system architectures and supporting future technology development.
