Requirements

  • At least one year of experience providing software or technical support.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting software issues and finding practical, user-friendly solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users of all technical skill levels.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology platforms.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and are always looking for ways to improve processes and the user experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Entrata or other property management software is a plus.
  • Previous multifamily property management experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, friendly, and effective software support to employees across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions that minimize downtime.
  • Communicate with end users throughout the support process, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve future support efforts.
  • Proactively communicate known software issues, workarounds, and system updates to leadership and users.
  • Participate in software testing and quality assurance to ensure new functionality meets business needs.
  • Partner with the Training team to develop user guides, training materials, and support resources.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to promote user satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and software vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, system functionality, and the overall user experience.
