Requirements

  • Possess a post-secondary degree/diploma in computer science, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of construction industry experience, preferably with technology consulting and execution.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and construction technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end software evaluation process by working cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and vendors to ensure all third-party applications meet organizational compliance and standards.
  • Act as a central point of contact for software-related inquiries, maintaining strong knowledge of ongoing initiatives and the capabilities of the Software Solutions team.
  • Maintain and update ServiceNow Software Catalog, ensuring employees have clear visibility into approved tools and can request them through self-service.
  • Ensure the ServiceNow CMDB is kept up to date with accurate software inventory, including key attributes such as data risk classification, ownership, and application details.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, providing guidance on best-fit solutions based on cost, functionality, security, and compatibility with the existing technology landscape.
  • Champion standardized and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy, while challenging and validating requirements to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, business cases, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support vendor management activities in collaboration with IT Purchasing, including contract negotiations and relationship management.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout implementation, including guidance, onboarding, and issue resolution.
